"The environment at the dealership is very friendly but no pressure to buy. A person can window shop and have questions answered by long time Harley professionals. I window shopped for many years. My last bike was a 250,000 mile air cooled boxer. When I was ready to purchase my Road King the entire staff was excited and truly appreciated the business. They where very much like family at the birth of my first child. Sales staff:Exceptional; Parts: hands down exceptional; Service: exceptional but scheduled out as is usual for a good service shop. Would I recommend Monadnock Harley Absolutely do. I like to send new and reentering enthusiasts to my hometown area for business but also so they get treated as they should. I rated financing as 5 star as my friend had an exceptional experience with his purchase of a Fat Boy. I did not have the need to finance as my 21 years of riding my old bike(1979) allowed me to save and window shop for many years. "

"There were two things that impressed my wife and I the most about your dealership; first was the fact that your entire staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was no high pressure sales pitch to get us to buy something that we really didn't want. When I didn't see what I was looking for, Candi and a few guys from Service went out into the warehouse to get a bike that was still in the crate, unboxed it and made it seem like it was no big deal to show us! They didn't even know if we were going to buy it, but they did it anyway. When your staff goes out of their way to do things like that you've got someone I want to do business with. Thanks for the great experience!! "
