I have to add on to a comment I made 2 years ago. Over the winter I stored my 05 Road King and decided to have (what some would say a ton of work). I'm so impressed with the level of professionalism in dealing with the Service and Parts departments just amazed me. They gave me many tips on upgrades for both my motor and the change over to all LED lighting. From what I understand the same mechanic has worked on this bike from the original owner to myself the second owner. This also includes the Motorclothes Department. It's so welcome to deal with a dealership that isn't pushy and that says a lot to the ownership and how well they treat their employees. Thank you for the continued excellence and customer respect.

Huge shout out to Monadnock H-D. Will traveling from Maine to Pennsylvania experienced shifter problems on my 15 Ultra Limited at 4 PM on Friday July 13th, 2018. Called service department, was told they could fix it. Sent truck and trailer to pick it up, went back to shop, put in shop right away and repaired it. Was out the door by 6 PM. Could not be more grateful as I was still 400+ miles from home. Again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your great service!!!

Rode to get a NE HD dealers association stamp at Monadnock Harley Davidson NH and about 3/4 of the way my tire was almost flat. I made it (miraculously) and they took it right in. I got this sweet loaner a 14 fat boy. I have to say, it was nice. Shout out to the wonderful service!

A big thanks to Jason. While traveling through Vermont and New Hampshire this weekend we came out of a Price Chopper in VT on Sunday afternoon to find out our Harley wouldn't start. Not being from the area we didn't know who to call so, we called Monadnock Harley and spoke to Jason to explain to him my dilemma.
Not only did he walk me through some steps to get it started, when we met him the next day he said that he was ready to leave the shop at 5 o'clock when they closed and drive out and pick us up and get our bike back to the dealership for Monday morning. You just don't get service like that anymore. Two thumbs up to Jason and the people at Monadnock Harley.Al Urso Jr
