Welcome to Monadnock Harley-Davidson® Rider Rewards

Monadnock Harley-Davidson® Rider Rewards Program is our way of rewarding you for making us your preferred Harley-Davidson® dealership. This program is offered to customers at no cost, subject to the programs terms and conditions. Points are available through purchases of products and bonus points will be available for special promotions.

To set up your Rider Rewards Account follow the link below and click the "No, I Need A Password" button below and enter your Reward number (PWXXX) and access code from the back of your card. If you have a password, you can also access your existing account here.

How It Works

Once you have been signed up for the program, you will receive 1 point for every $1.00 you spend at Monadnock Harley-Davidson® for parts, accessories, MotorClothes® and gift items (excluding motorcycle purchases, financial products, labor, warranty work and state inspections). Your first rewards coupon for $15 is available at 300 points. The more points you accumulate the larger the free gift certificate value (maximum point cap of 10,000 points). Once you redeem a coupon the points are automatically deducted from your total. Points and Reward Gift Certificates CANNOT be combined with any other discounts, coupons or promotions. POINTS WILL NOT BE AWARDED TO DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

How to Track Your Points

You can access your Rider Rewards account by visiting www.monadnockharley.com and clicking the sign-in under the Customer Corner Rider Rewards tab.

How to Use Your Points

Points are accumulated through purchases, special events and bonus points and will be posted to your account within 24 - 72 hours. Your membership number and access code are located on the back of your card under the barcode (membership in the format of PWXXXX). You will be given the opportunity to establish a user name and password the first time you access your account.

Special Events and Bonus Points

Monadnock Harley-Davidson® may allow customers to earn bonus points during certain special events or for certain purchases.

Terms and Conditions

• Points earned with Monadnock Harley-Davidson® Rider Reward Programs will expire on March 31st of every calendar year, for those Members that have not made a points earning purchase in the previous year.
• Points are automatically credited to your account and are available within 24 - 72 hours after purchase.
• The maximum unredeemed point cap is 10,000. A member will stop earning points when they have generated 10,000 of unredeemed Rider Reward points.
• The Rider Reward card can only be used by the original customer who joined the program or a member of their immediate household. Picture I.D. may be required and only the Monadnock Harley-Davidson® account holder may redeem points.
• Reward Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 30 days of printing and I.D. will be required.
• Employees of Monadnock Harley-Davidson® are not eligible for the program. Anyone with a Dealership discount, for any reason, is not eligible for the program.
• Points and Reward Gift Certificates have no cash value. Rewards cannot be redeemed or placed on account. All points are given at the discretion of Monadnock Harley-Davidson®. Points can be changed, removed or added at any time and hold no cash value.
• Monadnock Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue Monadnock Harley-Davidson® Rider Reward Programs privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if points have been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Monadnock Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to modify or cancel the Monadnock Harley-Davidson® Rider Reward Programs.
• Any and all discrepancies are decided by the management of Monadnock Harley-Davidson® and decisions are final.
• Points and Reward Gift Certificates CANNOT be combined with any other discounts, coupons or promotions.
• POINTS WILL NOT BE AWARDED TO DISCOUNTED ITEMS
